Tilly and Friends is a new animated TV show for preschoolers debuting on CBeebies in 2012.
Aardman Rights are distributing the Walker Productions and JAM Media production of Tilly and Friends. The TV show is of course based on the much-loved Tilly and Friends picture books written and illustrated by Polly Dunbar.
Tilly and Friends is all about an imaginative young girl, Tilly, and her five friends – Hector the pig, Tiptoe the rabbit, Doodle the alligator, Pru the bird and Trumpty the elephant. Tilly has wonderful adventures in her big yellow house.
Whilst there is not yet any firm news on the Tilly toys brand, Tilly and Friends fans will look forward to plush toy versions of Tilly and her animal friends Hector, Tiptoe, Doodle, Pru and Trumpty. The Tilly and Friends playset and Tilly and Friends figures could complement what would be an exciting new range of Tilly and Friends toys.
